Photoshop workshop for Beginners

When: 1 September 2009 at 16.00 Where: Room Erik Stemme, 3rd floor, IT University (campus map, Google map) photoshop-tutorial-image36 This event is meant for anybody that has no experience with and/or skills in Adobe Photoshop. In 2 hours we'll cover the basics of Photoshop: - creating and saving files - using the most common tools - working with layers and effects After this workshop you should be able to use the basic functionality of Photoshop which can come in very handy during the rest of the year. The event will take place on Tuesday 16:00 after the GI practice session. No knowledge of Photoshop is required to participate in this workshop. Note: It is required for you to have Photoshop installed. It doesn't matter which version really, as the basics do not differ that much. Anything of Adobe Photoshop CS or higher is recommended. Installing Photoshop is not covered in this workshop. If you do not have Photoshop on your computer, it is perhaps a good idea to borrow a friend's computer or to work together with somebody who does have Photoshop installed. Note 2: The workshop will only proceed if the minimum of 1 participant is reached.
